You’ve been chosen to become the “Great Seeder,” the fertility god of a mysterious, remote island. Gather the 17 “Golden Balls” and gain the favor of the island’s God! Uruha Houjou The island’s leader and village chief. She’s well past the age of XX, but tries way too hard to look young in Heavenly Island. She doesn’t just pass for a youthful beauty or even a witch. No… she’s become something beyond that. Angelique: A female knight transported from another world. Nakana Ouya The owner of the inn where the protagonist stays. Widowed, she runs the inn together with her daughter.

Asari Toyota The cheerful wife of a farmer who’s significantly older than her. She’s kindhearted and truly devoted to her husband. Asakura A female teacher assigned to the island’s school. Originally from the mainland, she left behind her boyfriend and is currently in a long-distance relationship. Heavenly Island is an open-world-style H-RPG set on a secluded island, where the protagonist — chosen by the God of Fertility as the “Great Seeder” — impregnates every woman in sight. Having washed ashore during the once-in-centuries “Seeder Festival,” the protagonist conquers heroines ranging from a teacher, a married woman, and a police officer to an isekai female knight and even a yokai.

Each heroine follows her own daily routine and comes with multiple H-scenes, and stumbling upon heroines while roaming toward your actual target creates an enjoyable “sampling” feel. Heavenly Island cycle runs across three daily time slots — morning, afternoon, and night — where you freely roam the island and engage with your chosen heroine. Repeated encounters raise the heroine’s “lust level,” and the gradual shifts in expression and dialogue that follow create an addictive corruption arc. Watching a heroine move from refusal to acceptance, and eventually to actively seeking you out, is the fetishistic core of this title.

From conception through belly-growth art, childbirth, and a child registry, the design covers the full impregnation pipeline in Heavenly Island. Three modes are on offer: a freeplay mode with no time limit, a mode featuring protagonist growth mechanics, and a high-difficulty mode that demands mass breeding within a set number of days. The hard mode in particular requires tracking ovulation timing and heroine appearance patterns, lending strategic depth that goes beyond a typical H-RPG. The touch of watching your children gather at a specific location also delivers a tangible, enjoyable sense of prosperity.
